Team Check-In
For ONLINE CHECK-IN, log in to your GotSport team account, locate your team, and select Team Registrations. Click on “Klein Memorial Classic”, then choose Registration and select Edit Registration. From there, you will complete the required forms and upload all documents needed for online check-in. Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure your team is properly checked in:
TOURNAMENT ROSTER
Upload a PDF copy of your Official Team Roster within your GotSport event registration.

Review your GotSport roster for this event and confirm all participating players, including any guest players.

Jersey numbers must be confirmed for ALL players.

Guest players must have a GotSport account and must be registered for this event.
If you need assistance adding a guest player, please email admin@texassportsgroup.com.
PLAYER CARDS
The following player cards are accepted:

STYSA

USSSA
-
US Youth Soccer
-
US Club Soccer
Upload a copy of all player cards through GotSport.

If using virtual player cards, upload screenshots of the cards.

A team coach or manager must have player cards readily available at each game, if requested.
PLAYER MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
You must confirm that a team coach or team manager attending each game will have signed medical release forms for all players on the roster.

Upload medical release forms for each player on the roster.

Blank medical release forms can be downloaded using the link provided below.
COMPLETED ONLINE CHECK-IN
Once all required documents are uploaded in GotSport, our staff will review and approve them. Check-in will be marked complete in GotSport once verified. No additional email is required.
